It appears a trailer and some equipment have been moved to the work site, located along Scalp Avenue in Richland Township, near Ollies. Last year it was reported that Rutter's had purchased about 8 acres of land for the new store. Suspected Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann is set to appear in court on a new indictment that charges him with a fifth murder, according to a report. NBC New York on Monday reported 60-year-old Heuermann, of Massapequa Park, N.Y., is expected to be arraigned Thursday. He will appear for an arraignment before a State Supreme Court Justice, the media outlet noted.
