WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (WPEC) — The jury in the 'boy in the box' case in Florida spent hours Thursday watching video of the 14-year-old victim, taken with a camera installed on the ceiling of the structure in the garage.
It was a look at what life was like for the boy while he was forced by his adoptive parents to live in the 8x8-foot area without windows.

There will only be about 100 students at Jackson Elementary in the upcoming year school officials said now that it will be just kindergarten through second grade students in Jackson Township.
The Central Cambria school board voting on and passing a plan that will have students third through fifth grades, that previously went to Jackson Elementary going to Cambria Elementary to begin the upcoming school year.

Zookeepers are looking into whether a dye used to mark the animals could be a factor, but the chief experience officer says it's been using that substance for 30 years on meerkats.

PHILADELPHIA (TND) — Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker announced Monday all city employees will be required to return to in-office or on-site work by July 15.
Mayor Parker noted the change is “in alignment” with her administration's goal of “creating a more visible and accessible government.” She explained the move is intended to facilitate communication and collaboration between city workers.
