Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — A Colorado man accused of sexually assaulting two young girls in Centre County was sentenced Friday, according to Centre County District Attorney Bernie Cantorna. Authorities say Desmond Boyer, now age 37, was sentenced to serve 3 to 6 years in state prison, followed by three years of consecutive probation, and must register as a lifetime sex offender. Earlier this year, Boyer pleaded no contest to three counts of indecent assault and five counts of aggravated indecent assault, court dockets show, and all other charges were dropped.

DETROIT, Mich. (WWMT) — A judge is getting ready to consider all evidence made available to the court at Ethan Crumbley's Miller hearing scheduled for Thursday.
