Indiana County, PA (WJAC) — State police say an 18-year-old Indiana County man was arrested Thursday after he reportedly made a threat towards the Homer-Center School District.
Troopers say Spencer Baker, of Indiana, was charged with one felony count of making terroristic threats after he reportedly sent a Snapchat video to a Homer-Center student that showed him holding a shotgun.
Investigators add that the video also reportedly indicated that he was traveling to the school with the weapon.

A Department of Corrections spokesperson said a fire broke out at the power house building in between SCI Smithfield and SCI Huntingdon.
