HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa. (WJAC) — A Hollidaysburg man has been arrested after police say he raped a 12-year-old girl.
According to a police report, 19-year-old Donovan Lynch was arrested after a child rape incident was reported to state police in Hollidaysburg.
Police say the incident happened in Frankstown Township between April 25 and April 28.
Lynch is being held in the Blair County Prison.
He has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Tuesday.

PITTSBURGH (TND) — A man and a woman were killed in a house explosion in the Pittsburgh-area Tuesday morning, according to multiple reports. The explosion occurred in Crescent Township, which is located in Allegheny County, shortly before 9 a.m. Crescent Township Fire Chief Andrew Tomer spoke during a news briefing. The Daisytown Sportsmen Club hosted its 19th annual polar bear shoot.
For $1 a shot, people were able to take a chance at hitting a polar bear target the club set up at its gun range.
When the polar bear was hit in the right spot, a target exploded.
