BLAIR CO, Pa (WJAC) — With Labor Day approaching, DelGrosso’s Park is winding down its 2021 season.
The Laguna Splash water park will close at the end of business on Monday, with the remainder of the park open on weekends through the end of September.
Several special events are planned at the park in the coming weeks, such as the Frontline Christian Concert, Grandparents Day, the Italian Heritage Festival, and then Harvestfest to close out the month.
However, due to ongoing staffing issues at the park, there will be changes to the operation of the water park this weekend.
“We do have some rotations to our water attractions. All of that information is listed on our website. It’s been a long summer of challenges, especially with lifeguards. It’s a nationwide shortage, and we’ve seen it right here at home, so we do have to rotate some of those attractions this weekend.”
